My blog has been very neglected lately mostly because I've been knee deep in a handful of different projects.  Here's a little something to keep you all going before I start posting up snap shots of all the new projects: it's Friday's poster for Freshers week:

Another Sally Project

I'm currently working on a new project; it's another Sally Project. There's hopefully going to be a set of three books which document Sally's adventures set in different historical periods. First up is Ancient Egypt. Below is the front cover. The other time periods I'm consider are Elizabethan England (Sally meets a highway man) and possibly 1970's Britain.

Yesterday, we went to the park to play Extreme Hide and Seek, sadly it rained quite heavily. So instead we rolled down the windows, did some nifty little parking, hid in the cars and played
card games through the windows! Anyway, I couldn't resist taking a photo and then adding a little photoshop magic, so here it is:

I passed my theory test for driving today! Only the practical test to go and I can pretend to be a grown-up!

Lots More Redecorating

Well, its been a really busy week, but it was good fun! The redecorating of my room is nearly done, nearly, almost, just about, kind of, finished! Also, gloss paint will be the death of me...really, it will. (Yes i did wallpaper the light switch; that's one long story)

There's lots more to go, with all the new furniture and bed covers still to come. Not to mention cleaning the mess I made when I was attempting to be helpful! I'll hopefully post up some photos of the finished room! (In addition to that, I must head down to Paperchase and buy that frame!)
P.S  Alice and Abi: the door you so kindly painted, is still there, it looks soo abstract and clashes with everything in sight, but it is there! =)

Summer Journal

Okay, so lots of plans for this summer, including:

• Setting up and designing my website
• Working on a website for Becky
• Working on Sally (as i do every summer)
• The usual daily adventures
• Working on past projects, refining and redesigning

and now...I have a super cool summer journal, which I just bought today, to doodle and draw in! I plan to do a page a day, and hopefully post a few up here!
