Make Your Own Luck Show

Last week or so I checked out Kate's Moross's Solo Show with Sherida (who is fellow designer and amazing blogger). It was an amazing show, the body of work is so inspiring especially when you consider it come from a young designer. It was great to see pieces I've seen around online, in print etc but also to see the originals.

One of the things I love about Moross's is her use of colour, it's so vibrant, bright and clashing: but it works. There's so much life in the colour palettes and getting such an array to work together takes a real knack.

Art Exhibition

Well today was the Art Exhibition, it was pretty good,

I took some photos of my favourite stands, this is by a lovely girl named Kiara, its was on a canvas, (but i couldn't quite get back far enough to include the easel and all) and it's superb!

This one is by a girl named Sarah. Its for a shop display for Thortons. She also won Best-In-Show (I was told this morning by her friend Sarah who happens to look like Sally), she definitely deserved it, her work is amazing!
